Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated May 2, 2016 and in Case No. 2015-CA-2852 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAKESHORE CLUB OF POLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and JORGE ORTIZ & EDNA GONZALEZ the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 3, 2016 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 27, Lakeshore Club, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
