NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28 April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000174 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Rafael Sifonte, Susan L. Sifonte, Unknown Party #, Unknown Party #2, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 14th of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
