NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28 April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-003725-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14, is the Plaintiff and Abraham & Sweeney, P.A., a Florida professional service corporation, as Successor Trustee of the Clubhouse Richards Residential Land Trust of Florida, dated August 7, 2009, Lynette Richards, Paul Richards, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Clubhouse Richards Residential Land Trust of Florida, dated August 7, 2009, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 14th of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
