NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014CA-002884-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-16 is the Plaintiff and Larry J. Davis, Jr. a/k/a Larry J. Davis a/k/a Larry James Davis; Unknown Spouse of Larry J. Davis, Jr. a/k/a Larry J. Davis a/k/a Larry James Davis; Lisa J. Davis a/k/a Lisa Jo Davis; Unknown Spouse of Lisa J. Davis a/k/a Lisa Jo Davis; Devonshire Manor Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 116, DEVONSHIRE MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
