NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001797 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST, SERIES 2006-GP3, is Plaintiff and JASEN S. LIVINGSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASEN S. LIVINGSTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 9 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
