NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 5th day of May, 2016, in Civil Action No. 15-CA-2103, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JOHN DOE, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARY JANE MILLER REVOCABLE TRUST OF APRIL 23, 2003 and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARY JANE MILLER WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST MARY JANE MILLER, are the Defendants, and TUSCANY AT THE VINEYARDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT 1302, TUSCANY AT THE VINEYARDS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 1429, Pages 1679 through 1795, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 70 through 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
