NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, in the above action, Dwight E. Brock, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on June 9th, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in person on the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
Unit C-103, Abbington Village, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1540, Pages 1052-1110 and amendments thereto, and as Per plat thereof, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
