NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001898 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Marguerite E. Eastwood a/k/a Marguerite Eastwood deceased, Bent Creek Village Association, Inc., Craig Bradford Eastwood a/k/a Craig B. Eastwood a/k/a Craig Eastwood as Personal Representative of the Estate of Marguerite E. Eastwood a/k/a Marguerite Eastwood deceased, Craig Bradford Eastwood a/k/a Craig B. Eastwood a/k/a Craig Eastwood as an Heir Marguerite E. Eastwood a/k/a Marguerite Eastwood deceased, Mulberry Row Village Association, Inc., Pepper Tree Village Association, Inc., United States of America Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
