Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-002205-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY,N.A, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY,N.A.AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,N.A.,AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIALASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-RP1 is the Plaintiff, and ABEL LOPEZ; GRISELDA LOPEZ; MORTGAGE APPROVAL SERVICES; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E.
