NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003651, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and WAYNE HARTMAN ; CARRIE ALSKO A/K/A CARRIE HARTMAN; ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AMERICA EXPRESS BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMERICAN EXPRESS; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on 9th day of June, 2016 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 2, UNIT TWO, TRAIL ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
