NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2016, ntered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001162-00 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2007-2 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Edel Aguila; The Unknown Spouse Of Edel Aguila N/K/A Maria Alonso are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the June 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 79, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 78, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
