NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-000047, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOSE DANIEL GOMEZ; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, UNKNOWN TENANT 4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND 13, BLOCK C, LAKE TRAFFORD SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
