NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of May 2016 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-007532 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and PHILEMON DUNBAR JR; LAURA DUNBAR A/K/A LAURA RENEE DUNBAR; MARVIN DUNBAR; ANGELA JOHNSON; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MAURICE THOMAS; DEANNE THOMAS; and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PHILEMON DUNBAR, JR. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, UNIT 1 NEWTOWN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 17, 17A AND 17B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
