NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2016 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on June 20, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 36, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence North 89 degrees 17`04” West and along the North line of the aforesaid Section 36, a distance of 425 feet; thence South 00 degrees 58`50” West, a distance of 1050 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 00 degrees 58`50” West, a distance of 100 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17`04” West, a distance of 175 feet; thence North 00 degrees 58`50” East, a distance of 100 feet, thence South 89 degrees 17`04” East, a distance of 175 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
