NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004686ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael Keller; Doris R. Keller; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Household Finance Corporation III; Brightwood Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. a dissolved corporation are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, REPLAT OF BRIGHTWOOD ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1991 MERIT MOBILE HOME ID NO.S: HMLCP24253976562A AND HMLCP24253976562B.
AND
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 57, REPLAT OF BRIGHTWOOD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 20 AND 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
