NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 1, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-3480 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-23CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23CB, Plaintiff and TONYA L. KENTISH; LEROY KENTISH; DIAMOND HILL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; DIAMOND HILL SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DIAMOND HILL PATIO HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
