NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment dated May 9, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-006843 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC1, is Plaintiff and NAGI DAWOD, et al. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
