BOOK 5012, PAGE 335, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
