TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants - claiming by, through, under, or against EVELYN JONES a/k/a EVELYN JONES TARVER, Deceased; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVELYN JONES.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Mortgage and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Lot 9 and the West 8 Feet of Lot 10, Block D, LAKE MAGGIORE HEIGHTS, SECTIONS 35 and 36, TOWNSHIP 31s, RANGE 6E, City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 52 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: STEVEN M. DAVIS, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. Alhambra Towers 121 Alhambra Plaza, 10th Floor Coral Gables, FL 33134 on or before 6-20-2016, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
