NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-005012 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nation star Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Carol Gallagher are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 915, MCNULTY LOFTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 140, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14803, PAGE 1252, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO;
TOGETHER WITH THOSE CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14803, PAGE 1381, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
