NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April 2016 and entered in Case No. 14007358CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAWN E. DIXON; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; CITIBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; GEICO INDEMNITY COMPANY A/S/O JODI TASLER; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of June 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, WOODLAWN OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 100 THROUGH 103, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
