NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of January 2016 and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006408, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P is the Plaintiff and STACY SLATER; CASTLE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, INC.; LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of July 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, BLOCK B OF LAKE ST. GEORGE, UNIT VI ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 70 AND 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LOT 60 AS DESCRIBED IN DEED FILED IN O. R. BOOK 5706, PAGE 265, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
