NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2016 in the above action, Ken Burke, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas County Florida, on June 10, 2016, by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., for the following described property:

K-223, OF SHADOW LAKES CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE(S) 85 THROUGH 91, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 85, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 73, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 112, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5424, PAGE 864 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
