NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-004652-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for RAMP 2003RS11 is the Plaintiff and Heidi Horvath also known as Heidi Hope Horvath a/k/a Heidi H. Horvath; The Unknown Spouse of Heidi Horvath also known as Heidi Hope Horvath a/k/a Heidi H. Horvath; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1, NKA George Hepello; And Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 5, HOLIDAY HIGHLANDS 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
