NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 10-D, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES, UNIT I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Pages 24-25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2265 Bancroft Circle S., #D, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 24, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
