NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-003869-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AMY KRYWANCZ-THOMAS AND DAVID S. THOMAS, are the Plaintiffs and MARGARET R. SCHMIDT; ET AL, are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m on June 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 6, and Lot 22, Water Block G, C. Perry Snell's Granada Terrace Addition to St. Petersburg, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
