R. BOOK 4564 PAGE 1614, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 77-099074 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 4.812% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O.
