NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LAKE TARPON VILLAS CONDO BLDG 3, Unit 112 aka Unit 3-102, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 117, Pages 96-100, subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAKE TARPON VILLAS, as recorded in O.R. Book 9434, Pages 2172-2222, and any amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2587 Cyprus Drive, Unit 102, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 24, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
