NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered May 4, 2016 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
