Final Judgment was awarded on February 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-006393-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff, and BRENDA CALDWELL AKA BRENDA J CALDWELL; CALVARY PORTFOLIO SERVICES LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CALVARY SPV I LLC ASSIGNEE OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA CALDWELL AKA BRENDA J. CALDWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
