NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit Number 301, THE POINTE, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4921, Pages 683 through 751, as amended in O.R. Book 4967, Pages 1689 through 1693 and the Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 25, 26 and 27, all inclusive, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 19236 Gulf Boulevard, #301, Indian Shores, Florida, 33785
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 24, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
