NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2016, and entered in 15-006070-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-KS7 is the Plaintiff and JAN C. STYLES A/K/A JAN STYLES; TRELLA WASHINGTON; RHIANNON L. JOHNSON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
