FOOTE, DECEASED; MARK FOOTE, HEIR; TANJA FOOTE, HEIR; MAXIMO HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
