NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 13-010206-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Rose A. Flores a/k/a Rose A. Flores-Downes; Dale Downes; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, GRADY SWOPE'S HARRIS SCHOOL SUBDIVISION NO.3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
