Unit 13-B, Cinnamon Lake No. 1 Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Pages 118 through 120 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4794, Pages 1798 through 1874, and any amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
