NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001674-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Keisha A. Gonsalves; Unknown Spouse of Keisha A. Gonsalves; Reserve at Meadow Lake Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, OF RESERVE AT MEADOW LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGE(S) 108-116 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
