Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 17, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 38, BLOCK 80, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 6, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67A THRU 67F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 12031 GREEN GULF BLVD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955-2009
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on June 17, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
