and commonly known as: 2045 ESSENCE AVE, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on June 16, 2016 at 11:00 A.M.
