HAMER; HSBC BANK NEVADA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CREDIT CARD BANK, N.A. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SECURITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, A UTAH CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
