Condominium Unit 201 in Building No. 13 in THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2057, at Page 3888 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, within 30 days after the first publication of the notice in the Business
Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
