NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on or around May 24, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonesso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT 3144-D, HIDDEN HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 623, PAGES 2 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 33 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
