NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 23, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001610 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and CAMMY T BURKETT, WILLIAM B BURKETT, TB CASTLES LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 13309, THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SETTLERS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF A TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 13309, GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of June, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 54, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE “Y”, A/K/A GREENBROOK VISTAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 11 THRU 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
