NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated May 10, 2016, entered in Case No. 2009CA007263AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and James C. Lawson a/k/a James Lawson; Pamela D. Lawson a/k/a Pamela Lawson; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Whitney Meadows Community Association, Inc.; John Doe; and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, WHITNEY MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
