NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-000675-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. 2006-HE3, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and Monode Tilus, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Sara Louis Hagan aka Sara L Hagan fka Sara Tilus aka Sara Louis Tilus aka Sara Monde aka Sara Monode, SunTrust Bank dba SunTrust Bank, N.A., Unknown Party, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 20th of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
