Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 2, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, REXANNE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 165 BOLENDER ROAD, AUBURNDALE, FL 33823; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M. on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 20, 2016 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
