NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA-002300-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and OTIS D. SIEWERT, MARGARET SIEWERT & BARRY SIEWERT, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 15, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
