CUSHING and CUSH-CRAFT CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION ,are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash 3rd Floor Lobby Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trl E Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF TRACT 48, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 150 FEET THEREOF, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 53A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 41ST AVENUE NORTHWEST, NAPLES, FL, 34120.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
