NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-02758 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ROGER CARRASCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROGER CARRASCO; KARLA CARRASCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KARLA CARRASCO; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
