SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INC., is Plaintiff, and SHARON JOHNSTON A/K/A SHARON L. JOHNSTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

(Parcel 92) Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 35, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida; thence along the East line of said Section 35, South 0 degrees 42 minutes 05 seconds East 480.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 1330.00 feet to the Southeast Corner of Lot 69 of Coconut River Unit No. 1 according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 58, Collier County Public Records, Collier County, Florida; thence continuing South 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 830.41 feet for the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the Parcel herein described;
thence continuing South 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 90.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 120.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East 90.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East 120.00 feet to the Place of Beginning.
