NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-002010, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and PAUL D DOYLE; SUSANA DOYLE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., A NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS et al., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 71 THROUGH 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
